Personally I think Bush should have denied attacking Afghanistan. He should have said he didn't know who did and blame it on some "terrorist military organziation". Then demand that the Taliban provide proof that it was America that attacked. Give them a taste of their own medicine.
Note: Literally moments after I wrote this and posted it I found out that the Taliban described this as a "
terrorist attack
". Nice.
