It just sucks. I'm just livid at the stupidity I see around me. I shouldn't even read the news anymore. It's not just John Ashcroft. Janet Reno was certainly no better. Let's start with the article on Doctors that prescribe pain medication. I'm just speachless at this.

Prescription drug abuse became a measurable, achievable way for the DEA to justify its budget. A federal prosecutor in Alexandria, Va., told the Washington Post at the time, “Our office will try our best to root out [prescription pain doctors] like the Taliban.”
“Like the Taliban.” There go my tax dollars. I'm friggin paying for this. I'm not sure I'd suggest you read the article or not. It just pissed me off.
