Ted Kennedy vs Sam Alito
Half the fun of writing stuff here is picking some weird title at the spur of the moment. Ted Kennedy has an op-ed piece on Alito. And NR takes exception to ... pretty much everything he says. Based on the reading I've done about these issues I'm with NR. Not that anyone should be suprised by that. I think it's especially funny that Kennedy is criticizing Alito for the same thing Breyer did. He didn't seem to have a problem when Breyer did it. Oh well.
